Q. When I travel and connect to the internet, Why can't I send mail?
A.  This is due to relaying. Like most ISP's the one your using doesn't support it. Just change your outgoing server to match the ISP or use webmail.

Q. When I dial-up to your internet, I get a connection speed less then 56k, and I have a 56k modem.
A. The 56k is the best possible connection that modem can make. However due to many other factors like phone lines, distance from the server and the congestion of the network, dial-up users will see speeds usually between 28.8 and 45k.
