About Us

In business since 1983, The Computer Generation has been helping customers get the PC they need, at a price they can afford for over 25 years. We service and support what we sell. All of our desktop computers are custom built by a Kansas City firm and come with a 3 year warranty. 

We’ve been the Authorized Radio Shack Dealer for Independence since 1986. In 1991 we became one of the first cellular outlets in town, handling Kansas Cellular. We continue our commitment to cellular phones as a dealer for Pioneer wireless.
